The Modern House is located in Corpus Christi, Tx. We offer free delivery within the Corpus Christi area. Delivery fees apply for areas farther out.
We recommend booking at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance to secure the exact style and color that you want at your event.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total amount owed is due at the time of booking, and your remaining balance is due the week of your event. View our FAQs regarding rain and wind policy.

What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers, and inside venues and homes. We cannot set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
How far can we set up from an outlet?
Our bounce House needs to be at least 50-100ft away for an outlet. You need a dedicated outlet. Your bounce house needs its own outlet! This means that nothing else should be plugged into the same outlet/circuit during your event. This reduces the risk of overloading the circuit and tripping the breaker, which can be unsafe and obviously ruin the fun. If you're renting more than one unit, you might need more than one outlet available.
What are the dimensions of the castles?
They are all 13x13x10
Will the inflatables be clean?
Absolutely!! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a half non-refundable deposit to book the inflatables. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things change! We ask you to give as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other customers and reorganize our delivery crew. If you cancel at least 3 days in advance, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for up to one year from your original event date!
What is your weather policy?
For the safety of you and all your guests & the production of all our furnishing plus equipment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions of high winds, rain, or extreme heat. Our client’s safety is our top priority. The deposit can be transferred to a new date we have available. Within one year. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mpg. No exception. We appreciate your understanding!
Additional Fees?
Should your event intel water, water slides, or a pool when booking our bounce house an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added.
Is there anything else I should know?
Absolutely no markers, pens, paint, face paint, slime, or silly string of any kind are allowed on or near the inflatable. It is almost impossible to clean and can result in additional charges.
Please no food, drinks, toys, jewelry, pets, shoes, etc which could also cause damage to the bounce.
Adult supervision is always required. Children & adults should not jump together - please stick to similar age groups!
